It’s just like being there…ok, maybe without the sandy toes… But still! Xox miss you!
Cheryl is the best tour guide for Australia. She made all the arrangements for a fun
time. Visiting caves, botannical gardens, beaches and enjoying the local foods made for a very relaxing and informative visit. I see a new career in the offing. Thanks again.
I’m so impressed. I’m not sure which would be most challenging, putting on a Thanksgiving dinner for 20 strangers in Australia or establishing such an impressive website. Both are beyond me.
Love to all! Looking forward to seeing you in a couple of months.
This is awesome. This is also leading you in a direction.
The other day Harvey and Charlie saw a boxer that looked just like Luke but were sad to discover he didn’t smell like him.
We all miss you guys.

Cheryl, it’s great to see your technical skills flourish! I love the fact you dove right in to entertain 20 people for a US Thanksgiving! – The Mirasols
Hey Cheryl-your dinner looked amazing and I am so impressed at your determination to have a true American Thanksgiving. I am glad it turned out well. I see that the adaptation to Australian beer and wine has not been a challenge LOL. All is well here as we turn to celebrate our own Thanksgiving this week. Three of the 4 Marauders team all made it to the playoffs a couple of weeks ago, but it was not meant to be as they all lost in the first game. So sad, but also with mixed emotions as we were all tired from a great season. Mike just held his last board meeting for the year so perhaps we will see more of him now, although he has started traveling a bit more. I will have to friend you on facebook so that you can here about the happenings of the Pitek’s – no where near as interesting as the Whitcombs! Take care and your post is amazing! You are settling in very well and I am impressed!
OMG! I LOVE how you are doing a blog now! Congratulations! Are you using word press? Very cool.. Your thanksgiving sounds wonderful! and your deck looks so fabulous. There are ways to put something on your blog.. like a follow me button or something, so when you post we get notifications. Check out mine.. and if it is word press, it’s easy to install. There is also a way to link to facebook, so that when you post, it pops up on your FB account that you just posted. It’s quite a learning curve.
Thank you for doing this!
